Hi All, new guy from Washington State. We raise pigs, cows, Buff Orpington chickens, corn for feed and finishing some of our animals. We have the Chickens out on the pasture free range, The Calf, who now thinks he's a pig because he grew up with our li'l piggy who got hurt so we put him with the cow. Who would have thought they would get along so well. they sleep together and eat mashed potatoes and what ever else my Son throws out to them at feeding time. We all know you should never name animals, but it sure is hard if they come over for a pat on the head or in li'l piggy's case, a full body rub. My hens come over in the morning and let me know they are out of grain. If anyone tells me animals are stupid again, I have a few stories to change their minds................take care.......Bill
