(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We are new to chickens. We got them yesterday.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 3.
(3) What breeds do you have?
1 Barred Rock and 2 Araucana
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I googled about raising chickens in my back yard and you were at the top of the list.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
scrapbooking, quilting, cardmaking, reading, doing my nails.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have a great husband and 3 fun boys (ages 6, 5 and 9 months) we have two pet rats, a fat lazy cat and a beta fish. I'm a stay at home mom. I have wanted chickens my whole life. I love love love chickens and my favorite food on earth is eggs.

They don't have firm names. The all black is "Sweetums" the brown looking one we think is "Nancy" but we call her "Fancy Nancy" and the Barred Rock we don't have a name for yet. (we are taking suggestions)
