Hello all! I'm so glad I found this website. It has been very helpful and everyone seems very nice and knowledgeable. I've wanted chickens for a few years now and I just couldn't stand it anymore now that I have a place to have them and chicks seem to be everywhere I go nowadays! So as of today I now have 2 buff Orpingtons, 2 Australorps, 2 speckled sussex and 2 silver laced wyandottes! A week old smorgasbord of fun!

I can't wait to learn more, like all the code abbreviations ( I just learned what ACV was lol) and in turn hope to offer any knowledge I acquire. So excited to be here!
