Hi there! I'm from MN too, Saint Paul, and am just beginning the process of getting the permit and so on so that my hubby and I can have 3 Australorp hens. We found them on Craigslist and the people who hatched the babies are being kind enough to hold the chickens for us while we go through the permit process with the city.
