wow! everyone is from somewhere different! i love seeing all of the ingenious devices that have been created for feeding and protecting chickens. right now, the chicks and their loving mother are in the den, because it is too cold and wet for the chicks and the mother won't be separated from them (she has wanted babies for awhile). i'll have some cleaning up to do, but i know they are safe. i wish the chicks wouldn't put out that echoing siren call when their mother is away!
