Hi, I'm kyoko900 but you can call me jenny, I'm new here on BYC. I myself am new to chickens but my mom has had chickens before, and I"ve raised 4 ducks. Right now I have 5 little baby chicks and two new ducks. I'm not sure of what breed they are as i just got them today from TSC but i know about three are reds. ^^ My other hobbies are gemstone collecting,bjds,swimming, jewelry making,sewing and crafts. I live with my parents as i go to college to be a vet tech, my other animals are one rat(zero), three dogs.(Bay-bay,Ben,and Jake ), five cats(Yellow,Tabby,Kira,Sugar,Cheshire.),two Guinea pigs( yumi,and felfee), and a pile of fish. ^^"

hi there...i just got the same...only 6 and 6 for me...and i luv all the crafty stuff too...jewlery/sewing etc....i was thinking of making little beaded leg bands so i could tell them apart...lol:lau
 
redturtle: yeah, i thought about it but they would pick it off. ^^ and the beads may start them pecking each other.

4-H chicken mom: yeah i hope they'll be good. so far i have one that is very vocal and sounds so pitiful. and another with a hard crop, i think it may be impacted. Of and the fact i can get the temp right....one bulb is to hot no matter where i put it, and the over isn't hot enough. ><

okieglory: yeah, there so cute. ^^ my little fuzzy butts, and my one loud mouth who is chirping and crying even as i type, may have to hold it again.
