just thought i'd do a quick intro. we live in the far northeast corner of oklahoma almost in missouri. we have three ducks(gonna get a few more), eight chickens(started with 20), two nigerian dwarf goats but more on the way, a bunch of pet/meat rabbits, five dogs and a bunch of cats. my chickens and ducks get the run of the yard while the dogs watch from their pen. these are my first birds and i love to watch them. can't wait till they start laying. i had some welsummer reds but there was a dog incident. haven't been able to find anymore so if anyone knows anyone in my area with some please let me know. they were my favorite. anyway i've been a lurker but thought i'd register and make it official.
