Hi,

I new to this site and hope to learn about raising chickens.

I have 18 chicks about three weeks old which include New Hampshire Red, Buff Orpington, Asil, Sex-Link, Cubalaya, Sultan, Welsummer and Russian Orolof.

I am also hatching eggs for the first time. The due date is July 19. I have hatched 12 silkies and 4 standard chickens.

I am in south Sac. I just set my first batch of eggs in a homemade incubator, and they are due July 26. I have 20 hens and 3 roos, mostly RIR and EE's. Welcome!

Hi. You have most certainly come to the right place. I learn new stuff everyday and get more excited about being a chicken owner by the minute. I have 7 Delawares, (one was suppose to be a roo, but the Seller was WRONG

), 2 leghorns, and 2 red sex links for 6 weeks now.
