In the Brooder
I pasted suggested Qs below:
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Nope, have had pet chickens for years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We had 24 at one point, but now down to two, a hand raised banty hen and rooster.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Mutts.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
We are vegetarian and like the eggs from happy hens. We are wildlife biologists, among other things (hubby is a contractor for many years) and love animals in general.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Photography, kayaking, getting out with the dogs. we live south of Ithaca, trying to meet like-minded people who are older but not ready to live on the sofa full time just yet.
