Hi there everyone! I just love love love BYC! I found out about this forum when I was googling for incubator reviews.

Eventually I got the Brinsea Eco 20 based on posts here. And I absolutely love it. Hatched 3/4 fertile eggs. Egg #4 developed bacteria ring at day 5, so 100% from the remainder for my first hatch.

In my flock I have ...
1~ White Silkie Roo
1~ Black Silkie Roo
3~ White Silkie Hen
1~ RIR Hen
1~ White Sultan Hen

Quail Pen
2~ 3 year old Coturnix Hens hatched June of 06'
2~ Young gold speckled Coturnix Hens

In the Brooder
3~ Mystery colored silkie chicks hatched on 6/03

In the Incubator~ Due 6/10
6~ Cuckoo Marans (Hopefully =@.@= eBay eggs)
3~ EE
1~ Silkie from my own eggs

As for myself, I'm 20 and I'm a computer science student at csuf, so a little Hello World out there

I too am learning so much from this site. I was born and raised in Santa Ana and Tustin. Moved to S.F. and now retired to Cambria.

Have fun with your chicks and don't let those little cuties distract you from your studies1

Definitely not !! Must say no to cute !
Right now it's summer vacation! But I still have 2 classes in two different sessions ^^ so I have some time to spend with the chickie poos. By the time fall semester starts, hopefully they can move in with the big chickens.

Thanks everyone
