HI! From the mountains in Colorado

I am Heidi. I live in the mountains at 9000 feet with my 4 girls and hubby, dogs, chickens & ducks.

We got our first chicks through 4-H last July. They are now big beautiful birds. We had 2 hens and 2 roos. Our friends are moving so as of last week, we now have their 9 hens also! Good thing we built a huge coop last summer.
We also have 3 ducks, 1 hen and 2 drakes. I am still waiting on my girls to lay. I am hoping with the laying hens that have moved in, they will want to join in the egg laying fun.
