Hi from the UK

Hi

I am a new member her, I live in the UK, I live on a small farm where we currently have the following:

Approx. 30 Chickens – varied ages, most quite young
Approx 20 Turkeys – all young
Approx 20 ducks – mixed ages
Approx. 10 Geese – all young
2 Adult Emus, and 3 young Emus
3 cats
And one sheep dog

Coming soon we also have about 30 guinea fowl and we are awaiting our licence to have ostriches.

I am quite new at this so here for advice and to share experiences

I didn't know they had emus in UK, they seem to be getting popular here in the US

Thanks for the welcome! Yes we have them in the UK but not that many really,Ostrich meat has taken off here recently and I think Emu will follow too although I love the Emus so much I can’t see us breeding for meat.
