Hi help with chicken or a rooster?

This is the he I got recently however I have this feeling it may not be a hen at all. She is a lavender orpington four to five months old. Not laying. I don't know pls help!

The black one is the hen and the rooster is the lavender right?

You didn't post a full body shot of the black one, so I can't say for certain whether it's male or female.

Yes I have 2 black ones the one is Laying already. I
The one in the first picture at the top isn't laying but I m thinking its a hen
