Good news! When I first got Trudy back in 2020, my immediate neighbor and I each got some chickens from our other neighbor who was moving and had to rehome them. I took five and my immediate neighbor took seven. Last week I asked if she had any female chicks or hens for sale so Trudy wouldn’t be lonely. This morning she informed me she has a hen who hasn’t laid eggs in awhile, and I said she sounds perfect because I never remembered to collect Trudy’s eggs in time anyway haha. Well the hen I got is from our original group from 2020, so Trudy and her sister C. Diddy have been reunited! Couldn’t have worked out any better!
