👋 🤠 hey all. I’m Lisa. Finally moved out of the city and have my first flock. I love this site and have learned so much from reading everyone’s advice. Since I was new to chickens this spring I bought some red sexlinks from tractor supply and fell in love with having chickens. After more research I wanted longer living and more rare breeds. Love the naked necks and jersey giants. There are many beautiful birds but I live in the southwest and would hate to buy other breeds that don’t do well in the heat. Was able to convince my hubby and I now have baby chicks (naked and giants). They’re 5 1/2 weeks old.
