1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? No, several years ago.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? I have 6 1 week old pullets and 4 5 day old pullets.

(3) What breeds do you have? Black Sex Links, Buff Chantslers, Blue Laced Gold Wyandottes

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Watching their different personalities, watching them play and of course eggs.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Gardening

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I’m a Registered Medical Assistant, I have 3 kids, 4 grandkids, 1 little chihuahua named Bobo, and 1 crazy cat named Bandit.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? I learned about BYC on Pinterest years ago. I’ve quite a few chickens but my last flock being my favorite I lost to raccoons. I vowed with this new flock no predator was going to beat me and kill my girls!
