One of my new gals has missing feathers and a bare bottom! As well under her wings ( armpits) lol
I now Hazel has been picking on her. I see the feathers in the coop. What do I do? She has been with them for 3 months and was slowly introduced.

and welcome; Just keep a watch on them if it gets worse you may to separate the bully from the rest, it does happen, could be mites, there is a medical help forum in here also

Some of mine have just recently started to molt.
You could install a game camera or security camera to find out what is happening.
Do they have at least 12" each on the roosting bars? Is your coop or run crowded? Are you feeding a lot of treats or scratch? Does your flock look healthy and happy? (Red combs, smooth leg scales, shiny feathers, active.)
