Hi I am a Newbie. We had chickens when I was a child and I have had some many years ago but now I am getting started fresh. I just wanted some hens so I could have fresh eggs. We bought my husbands' grandparents old farmhouse and have renovated it so it only seems natural to have farm animals here. So I have purchased a hen and her 3 chicks. I am excited about being a new chicken mom and have a few questions and would like to learn...so I wound up here. Thanks for adding me :) I was told when I got her that she is an Easter Egger but she doesn't really look like some of the pictures. Here she is with her chicks.
