Hi I have just started to use my incubator for the first time it is showing 37.3 degrees Celsius but

The type of incubator you have plays a role in "ideal" settings. I'd suggest that you type "temperature and humidity settings for (what kind of incubator you have - still air, forced air, contact) and you should get the info that you are looking for.
