I really appreciate your input. I just contacted the hatchery. I feel they need to make it right. I can't have roos where I live.

Looks like a cockerel. Very common EE cockerel pattern, plus a very developed comb.

Post updated pics in 2 more weeks. The hatchery will likely make you wait longer than that for a refund.

EEs are notoriously hard to sex. I can sex them at 3-4 weeks pretty accurately but not before that or after that until they're about 10-12 weeks old. If I miss that window I'm pretty stumped.
