I would suggest getting the youngest u can and raise them with the dog. Just cause the dogs a big baby with y'all don't mean nothing when it comes to chickens. Predatory instinct will take over when he/she sees one running. Just trying to forewarn what could be a real mess. Good luck on your endeavor chickens are great.
