Hi folks,
I've been reading postings from the forum for the past year (which is when I started making poultry plans) and just now signed on. I live in the city of Rochester, NY and am an urban chicken mama with three hens (white rocks and a brown leghorn) and one pullet (Golden Comet) and two children (girls, 5 and 2) and one partner (Irish-Polish). One year after beginning this adventure I still know little about chickens but am learning with every passing day. Thanks to all who share their expertise with the newbies like myself.
