Hi,
I'm new to BYC and my mom's addiction finally got me on. We don't currently have any chickens as our dogs thought they looked like toys. We were thinking about building a giant chicken house (complete with electric fencing) and getting a new group of chickens. I'm BFeathered's chick and I'm in middle school now. (Ugh!) I enjoy music, arts crafts, and anything technological. Baking, however, has to be my all time favorite hobby though (my mom restricts me on my quantities though
). My GIANT blue beta fish named Catbait can be quite a nuisance. I guide him with my finger to his food because he's 'challenged' and he latched onto my finger this morning. He always goes ballistic when he sees his food, and he sometimes thinks my finger is part of the package. My 2 dogs, Rocky the Rhodesian Ridgeback and Piper the Airedale Terrier (hence my name), are just too funny. Rocky is a complete rock and won't move unless there's food involved. Piper is ADDICTED to squirrels! She gets all shaky-barky whenever she thinks she sees one! My 15-year-old cat, Norman, is a giant lap-rug love-bug. His only goal in life, however, is to drive my father up the wall by living forever. So... that's my family (pity me!).
