Hi is there any thing else I can give my chickens to keep cool they got water and feed dem lettuce and cucumber getting water Mellon for them and also wat is better tin corn or fresh corn

Hi Danny, nice to meet you. Actually corn makes them fat but, has little to no nutritional value. They need lots of shade if your weather is hot. Either natural shade like trees or manufactured shade like a solid run cover or tarp over the top of the run. You can put out shallow pans of water for them to stand in. When feet are cooler the whole body seems that way.
