I am incubating coturnix and bobwhite eggs. It is taking the coturnix eggs up to 25 days rather than 18 days to hatch and it is taking up to 28 days for the bobwhite to hatch instead of 23 days that most sites say is normal. Any ideas as to why the increased hatching times?

Good luck with your hatch. I did a Button quail hatch once, for fun. They were pretty cute!

Off hand I would say your incubator is set too low- cooler temps delay hatching and hotter( within norms) speed them up
