Hi, once again we have sick chickens

We made the mistake of buying from the flea market.
My Mom thinks our chickens we had before now have NewCastles Disease.. Not sure what this is
And the other 4 hens we have seemed to have caught something... all of them are not eating that much. Still drinking though

Symptoms: Head down,
Eyes mostly closed, white at the eye..., diarea/watery poop too
For a while this big black chicken in particular was not looking this bad? But she seemed to hide under the house most of today.
My mom said she did drink water this morning.

Symtoms: Eye opens and closes a good bit. She seems to be purring/making some type of breathing out noise. Seems to have discharge from nose I think.

More info: so our big black chicken in the picture above was hiding out under the house yesterday. I believe 5 days ago she was still eating fine.
I noticed our white chicken walking around making a squaking noice a week ago. Almost like she was sighing over and over again. I thought it was because she did not like us putting 2 new hens in and the loud construction we were doing on our coop.
