Happy New Year! Looks like you have a hen (stripes are disappearing from the wings and the primaries are becoming dark brown not reddish brown) that is probably India Blue, definitely not Black Shouldered, Black Shouldered Peacocks hatch white and then gain more and more color until adulthood, but BS hens will remain a creamy white with speckles. This is our 6 month old Black Shoulder hen. I would guess the age of yours' to be around 3 months, based on size and plumage.
