Hi all! After sweet talking hubby I finally have chicks! Oh I love them so. I have 2 Buff Orpington, 2 RRR, 2 Barred Rock, 5 EE and somehow I got a meat bird that should have been a EE. They are doing great and we are into our 3rd week. Boy do they grow quickly

Welcome to BYC. They really do grow quickly. Hopefully your coop is completed.

They are still in the house with me. Still a little cold here and it snowed today but tomorrow we will start the final stages of the coop. . I have an alpaca farm with a section in the barn that we could use (if we have to) that is chick safe with poultry cloth but it’s still in the mid 20’s at night so I’ll keep them in the house for now
