Hi I managed to get the ill one walking and the other one was fine after reading everyone’s advice on my reply’s. I only have one now one did die after they both got gapeworm I don’t know how they got it. As they have never been out of the house.were cleaned out every couple of days. Had clean water and food every day.would really like to know how they got it in the first place. It cost me £60 in medicine I treated both off them and a couple of days into it one died.Did not think I caught it soon enough as didn’t think it could have grapeworm as it had never been out.The surviving baby turkey has now been put outside. It has its own pen and heated house. But it’s been chirping all night and was still chirping this morning when I let it out and it won’t go in it’s house unless I open it up from the back and temp it in

Would also like to know if anyone can tell if it’s a boy or a girl.it eats like a horse so it’s not unhappy enough to stop eating. My youngest daughter has been giving it lots of cuddles. She also sits and watches telly with it and the turkey normally falls to sleep.she is going to keep on doing this so hopefully she will stop chirping soon .
