Hi all! So happy to be joining this page! My name is Annie.

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yep! We received 6 hens, about 2 years old, about 3 months ago when some military friends were transferred to a new base.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We currently have 6 hens (the most we're allowed in our neighborhood).

(3) What breeds do you have?
We have 3 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Easter Eggers, and 1 Welsumer.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Google search! Haha. We are SO thankful for this site!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
My husband loves woodworking and I love crafting and cooking.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We are 6 years married 20-somethings with our 6 hens and an almost-7-year-old beagle named Cooper. We LOVE having hens, way more than we ever imagined!
