Hi my fellow duck lovers!
I am the proud mother of 2 pekins; Hope and Waffles- Hope is female, and waffles is a drake. I aquired my feathered kids from a fresh 2 day old shipment at Tractor supply. Now they are 15 weeks. There is so much I wish i had known earlier, but apparently the people who write these duck books just don't feel like it is important enough to impart!! I am sad to say I learned about the importance if niacin way too late in the game, so my poor little Waffles is pigeon toed! Doesn't mean I love him less though.
I am so happy to find fellow feather lovers to ask for help. Thanks in advance for your support!
