Hi,
I am Sadie. I honestly didn’t want chickens but tractor supply was open on Mother’s Day and the mall was not. I have 4 chickens. 2 Cinnamon Queen’s, A Plymouth Rock Rooster, and a Gold Spangled Hamburg rooster. I am changing my mind about them because they are really fun animals and I keep finding myself hanging out with them. I know absolutely nothing about chickens and am here to learn.

Thanks! I’m a little freaked out that I ended up with 2 roosters but it is what it is. I’m planning on pressuring my husband into building another coop.
A tip: build the coop a lot bigger than you think you'll need-the reason is two words: Chicken Math.

Not sure if that’s an option. My 11 year old daughter is in complete love with both of them. I’m thinking my husband just needs to build a 2nd coop 🤷🏼‍♀️
She may change her mind in a hurry once she sees what they do to the pullets when they mature sexually...
