Thank you all! I have one now. She is a supposedly retired layer my dad had. I think she just wasn't getting proper nutrients. We'll see. I don't have a good pic of her yet but I will try to get one. I am getting a second one soon from my SO's son. She will come to me after my henhouse arrives. She is laying so yay!

Welcome to BYC! What kind of chickens are you getting ?

The one coming is a Road Island red hen. The one I have is a white hen. Not sure of her breed exactly. She was in a mixed flock of 8 my dad bought right before they were mature. He gave away 5 roosters and kept her and a black hen and one game rooster. They beat the black hen to death not long ago. And then the rooster died so I got her because dad was done.
