Hiccup chicken

We have a 5 year old Black Rock hen who has started to have what can only be described as hiccups. The only symptom seems to be that she mainly breathes through an open beak. She is eating and drinking ok, laying and generally looks in very good condition.

ANY IDEAS PLEASE.
