Hidden eggs

I am a new chicky granny I had been collecting an egg a day.. Than nothing, 5 days later I found a chicken under the goat shed and thought it was dead. Lol I am a city girl who's very new to chickens and laying eggs, I inherited 12 chickens and 2 roosters. Needless to say it was not dead but laying on 12 eggs, I live in the Florida panhandle, so I don't know if I should take the eggs since I have no idea when they were laid.. My son seems to think they have been there since Saturday. Any suggestions?

LOL. Gotta love chickens. I guess it would depend on wether where she is is safe and wether you want chicks hatching....lol. I guess there's always the option of moving her to the coop with the eggs and see if she'll continue to sit after she's moved. I'm inexperienced with hens and broodiness, just know from what I have read.
