My chicks are still very small (only about 2-3 weeks old), but just for future reference, since ISA Browns are high volume layers, I want to make sure they're getting all the proper nutrition for not just the eggs, but for my hens. What are vitamins that I should give them as they get older? Drops I could put in their water or a special type of vitamin I could give them in their feed? I want to make sure that they are as healthy as possible with good strong eggs.

I would pick a good ration, preferably with higher protein, 18-22%. I recommend an All Flock type. You can put out a separate bowl of oyster shells when they start to lay.

Sex links seem to need more daily protein than a layer ration can provide.

I wouldn't worry about any extra vitamins. I prefer to give only fresh clean water without any additives to make sure they drink enough.
