Our girls are a week old and DH gave them a worm last night. At first they didn't know what to think but the Australorp ( not quite a week) was ruthless. She is definitely not shy, picked up that little worm, started screaming and running all over the brooder. The two orps were in hot pursuit, once they realized she had something in her mouth. It was hilarious! I did record it but I need to adjust the file size in order to post it. I've never seen them move so fast. It was like the film was sped up. They ended up ripping the worm in have and the Austra ended up with both halves. They slept for a couple hours after that. LOL! For everyone who has named this the "grab and chase", you are soooo right. LOL!
