Hip issue

Hi all. Hatched out a chick yesterday and he cant walk. His right leg turns inward and he just falls over. I have him in a hobble but it almost looks like the hip isnt in the joint, which is making me think its a tendon issue. He was stuck in the egg so i helped him. I wonder if that did it. Any thoughts? Should i put him to sleep? Thanks.
