I would guess Pygmy or Nigerian and Pygmy cross. Pgmyies are true dwarf goats, with a large body on short legs, while Nigerian Dwarf goats are actually more like minatures where they are proportionally small. My avatar is a nigerian dwarf, an extremely correct Nigerian dwarf kid. There's also lots of breeding of full size goats with the small breeds to make minatures.
