Hire out Processing?

So I'd like to raise some meat birds but I don't have the stomach to kill them. I know it sounds lame but it's true. We've raised cows and pigs but always hire out for slaughter. Are there any options for someone who wants to raise their own but not process them? I'm in Northern Utah.

Skunknchatter nice to see a fellow Utahn on here. I would imagine you could call a few butchers and see what they charge or if they will do it. I had friends in high school raise turkeys and they would take them to sanpete county to have them processed so that they could sell them. You may have to raise a larger quantity to get them go do it for you.
