The chick in question is a 6 day old Barred Rock. She hasn't been right since I brought her home. The other 23 chicks are fine. This one appears smaller (has been since I got them), eats and drinks ok but is really unsteady on her feet. She'll walk a bit and then fall over onto her head and get stuck. Neither leg appears splayed. I don't think she ate or drank well the first 3 days but after I isolated her (the others were picking on her) she seems to be drinking and eating ok. She doesn't appear to have any breathing problems. Her poop is like the others. All chicks were vaccinated for Marek's. We are new to the chicken world and any advice you could give would be appreciated.

1 of 24 is really good odds. But it sounds like its getting stronger. Keep it separated so it doesn't get beat up. Time will tell if it makes it. There are many problems that it could be. Hang in there.

I thought those were pretty good odds too. Obviously would like to make the survival 100% if possible. I'll keep doing what I have been for her and see where that takes us. Thanks
