do you know the gender is my main question but if you know the breed can you tell me?

Looks like a pullet. I don't know what breed. I don't think Ive seen a chicken all black before.

Here are pictures of two of my australorps, the first is a cockeral, second is a pullet they were 12 weeks old in this pic.

If yours is a australorp, someone told me to also look at the angle of the beak. Females were more long and slender, and the males more angular. Good luck

I'm thinking definitely a pullet, and could be either an austrolorp or possibly a Jersey giant. I think I remember something about the colors of the bottoms of the feet being a determinating factor between the two? One has white, the other yellow, but right now I can't remember which is which

White nails and white bottoms of the feet is the austrolorp.
