Hmmmm.......Pellets or the ground up stuff

i have a mature rooster ( he doesnt act like it though),and 2 not yet laying but almost should be hens .do i feed them pellets yet or the ground up stuff still

My two month old chicks are eating scratch grain or pellets ,but it also depends on what your chickens like
