I have had chickens for 3 years and have hatched many from my incubator. I have one chick that hatched a day early and was walking just fine for 2 weeks. She is now almost 3 weeks old and started hock walkng 2 days ago. I thought she had gotten hurt but I have no idea how, she is in a very good heated brooder with 3 other chicks. I searched online and BYC website and have been trying poultry cell, liquid B-12, nutri-drench, and black strap molasses. She has definitely perked up but her legs and feet are still pulled up, curled and turned. All my chicks up to 6mos old get Hydo-hen in their water for which has pre & probiotics, electrolytes, etc. We have also carefully examined her legs and do exercises to keep them working. She hasn't appeared to be in pain. We have never dealt with this before. Her name is Dragonfly because of the two dots on her forehead..

Any advice?

The legs are turning at the joints? Are the joints in place, can you compare them to other chicks her age?

If the joints are not out of place/slipped tendon, and they are turned, she may have a leg bone deformity. Valgus Varus.
