Can anybody please tell me what has caused my chicken to lose weight and interest in anything (practically). Don't know how old she is, I've had her for 18 months but I guess she is probably 3+. Up until about three weeks ago she was full of vim and vigour, always first to see what treat I had but now, she has no interest in anything really. I noticed she has lost weight and tonight I saw a hole, no signs of any lice, maggots or anything. Don 't know what to do for her and/or what has caused this. I don't have a cockeral but prior to my "ownership" she was kept with quite a few along with about 40 hens. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.
