Hole on beak

Not sure what caused this hole on my Easter Eggers beak. All I have is Vet RX so I applied that after cleaning the wound. Anyone have recommendations or have dealt with a hole in beak?

Keep it clean and it should heal up. Do you know how it happened, if it was in the coop or run you might want to check around for any sharpies.

Thanks. Coop doesn’t have any thing sharp I’ll check the hardware cloth in run tomorrow am good idea.
