Holey cruddy cupcakes!

I'm laying down on the couch trying to respond to some emails when all of a sudden there is noise like none other coming from all around my house. I'm thinking a possible predator at this time of day? An unexpected customer? Maybe UPS? So I go look out side.

Harvey is at the front door looking for meal worms. But the noise is now coming from the back.

Ralphie is chasing the ducks and geese around the house and now has them cornered between him and his buddies.

He's so proud of himself chasing the ducks and geese all over the place.

Eva observes from the comfort of the coop.

Oh no here they go again! Haven't the heard about the little boy that cried wolf.

I finally got tired of the the chasing and told them to "go home." Wished I had gotten a chance to take a picture of them peeking out of their door. It was really cute. And yes we can just tell our turkeys to go home and they do. We train them to do it from the time they are first out side. It's a lot of work to start, but well worth it in the end.

I had to run to the post office and when I got back the three remaining toms were doing synchronized strutting. Would have made an awesome movie.

Especially turkeys! Chickens can take you or leave you, but turkeys gotta know WHATCHA DOIN?

Sure make you feel appreciated.

HA ha ha Yes, my turkeys follow me to the car everyday. When I close the door, they wonder where I went. Overall, delightful birds.
