holy egg laying craziness!!

Today I went out to feed and water my flock I was shocked to find our first eggs. I gathered up our 4 eggs 3 browns from our red sex links and one 1 from our leg horn. My children went back out to find 4 more white leghorn eggs. We only have 2 leghorns. is this fairly normal? or are my chickens on crack? :/ these are the first 4 I found this afternoon.

Improbable, but not impossible. I know for a fact that my BSL laid 3 eggs in a 14 hour period. The first was a normal though double yolked egg which I know came from her, and the other 2, which I watched her lay were shell-less and she laid them about 2 minutes apart.

I have had the same thing happen but it is not the norm. I think what happens is what could have been a double yolk comes out as two fully formed eggs instead.
