I was wondering how to make home made egg wash or what does everyone clean there eggs with
before they sale them?

personally i don't use soap but just a gentile wash then air dry. but i have used liquid hand soap before and had no problem with the eggs even when hatching.

for our own use here at home, I just use warm water. For the ones I sell, if they're not pristine clean when collected, I use the Fit Fruit & Vegetable Wash.

We use a small, handheld scrubby brush that stores liquid soap. We use Dawn dish soap (little goes a long way). Scrub the egg so it has a nice, frothy coating of soap, then rinse with warm water and they're perfectly clean.

If an egg needs washing I use plain water, at least 20 degrees warmer than the egg itself.
