Home made PB?

So another US peanut butter plant shut down due to disgusting filthy food contamination....Texas, sorry! SO we plan to eat the rest of our PB because we haven't gotten sick from it so we'll finish it and then what? Anyone make thier own PB?

you can make your own-- so much healthier!
Buy Roasted-unsalted peanuts (bulk) and run them thru a good food-mill... you will have to add oil, honey or maple syrup to get the right consistency... we have used walnut oil, olive oil and of course, peanut oil. It will separate occasionally, so just stir and eat! And Keep in the fridge for a longer shelf-life!

I've bought Smuckers All Natural PB and it tasted great. Yeah I can understand the recalls going on since hubby loves his gallon size Kroger's PB and daughter loves it just as well.
